- Kenosia Corporation was founded in 1999 in Connecticut. It was initially formed as the result of a new business venture contest at Bristol. Bristol proceeded to invest in this new business venture which became Kenosia Corporation.
- In 1999, DataAlchemy, the company’s first product was introduced to the consumer goods market. KnowledgeShare was introduced in 2001 to enable customers to communicate DataAlchemy files over the Intranet.
- For over a decade, DataAlchemy remains the company’s flagship product and the foundation of the future.
