Supports the Company’s Growth Strategy in the Data Analytics Market

Framingham, MA - Monday, May 19, 2009 - Kenosia Corporation, a leading provider of data analytics solutions for the consumer packaged goods market, today announced the appointment of Andrew Collins as Vice President of Front-end Development and Michael Lamont as Vice President of Engineering. Their focus will be to expand the DataAlchemy platform to support the exponential amount of data processing that will be required for real-time data analytics. “We are making significant investments in our strategic initiative of providing a real-time demand management solution,” said Glenn Geho, Kenosia Chief Operating Officer. “Companies that adopt this technology will have a sustainable competitive advantage. Both Andrew Collins and Michael Lamont bring extensive experience in enterprise data processing architecture and interface graphic design,” he added.

Mr. Collins has over 30 years of experience at all levels of development, including project leadership and chief architect. Prior to Kenosia, he worked at Tenebril where he designed award-winning products such as GhostSurf, anonymous internet surfing software, and SpyCatcher, an anti-spyware solution for both consumers and enterprises. Mr. Collins has previously held senior development positions at companies such as Mirror Image Internet, EIS International and ADP.

Prior to Kenosia, Mr. Lamont was a principle engineer at Process Software where he was a key contributor to the development and support of PMDF mail server and PreciseMail Anti-Spam Gateway. As a leading authority on enterprise software architecture, Mr. Lamont has presented on various related topics at industry events over the past few years such as the HP Technology Forum.

Under the new development management team, DataAlchemy version 6.1 has been released. It includes a new Smart Bundler component, which automates the report viewer upgrade process. The Bundler is an independent software program that allows a licensed DataAlchemy user to freely distribute dynamic DataAlchemy reports to non-licensed users. This powerful desktop software tool can be distributed to anyone in an organization. The bundler gives end-users the power to view and edit DataAlchemy PowerPoint slides or Excel spreadsheet reports. For example, sales managers may receive a DataAlchemy report bundle which includes an analysis of all their territories. A sales manager may drill down or look at difference aspects of the data such as a specific geography, product, time period, or measure (e.g., unit sales).

“Part of the product development strategy is to take the complexity out of managing large volumes of data from disparate sources,” said Mr. Geho. “This new DataAlchemy product release achieves that goal by making the reports easier to use while being backed by a powerful data analytic engine.”
