SageMaker was sold to divine, Inc. in early 2001 where Mr. Bienvenu served as president of that company’s software division before resigning in 2002 to found ISIS Capital Management, LLC. He currently serves as managing partner of ISIS as well as Halo Technology Holdings, Inc. Mr. Bienvenu's previous industry experience includes the founding of a successful electronic publishing company and sale to a major publisher in 1991. During his career he has received numerous awards including a finalist in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and being named one of the most influential technology chief executive officer’s by Knowledge Management magazine

“Market analytics, and in particular the advent of real-time demand management technologies promises to be the next wave of technology that fundamentally transforms nearly every aspect of the economy. Kenosia’s DataAlchemy market analytics platform is ideally suited to serve as a foundation for that transformation,” said Mr. Bienvenu. He said, “Today marks a new era for Kenosia. Our customers can look forward to innovative ideas and products that will greatly increase their profitability and competitiveness over the coming years. Besides the addition of the new executive team, our customers can expect additional announcements in the coming weeks relating to the significant expansion of our technology, sales and support teams.”

Prior to Kenosia, Michael McCarthy served as vice president of sales and customer support for Process Software. In this role, Mr. McCarthy was responsible for expanding the customer base to over 3000 global customers, including global giants such as Raytheon, U.S. Homeland Security, General Electric, Reuters, Corning, and more. Furthermore, since 2005 Mr. McCarthy was responsible for customer support and ensured that the company’s mission critical applications were available 24/7. Previously, Mr. McCarthy held several sales leadership positions at Process Software, NCR Corporation, and Quodata Corporation.

Mr. McCarthy said, “It is one thing to sell a mission critical application, but if you do not have the expertise and commitment to support it around the clock, the value is greatly diminished for the customer.
