of Ron Bienvenu as president and chief executive officer and
two executives; Michael McCarthy as senior vice president of

In addition, Glenn Geho has been named chief operating officer
and head of product development for the firm.
For over 20 years, Mr. Bienvenu has been building and leading

Technology Holdings, Inc. Mr. Bienvenu's previous industry experience
includes the founding of a successful electronic publishing company
and sale to a major publisher in 1991. During his career he has

“Market analytics, and in particular the advent of real-time
demand management technologies promises to be the next wave of
technology that fundamentally transforms nearly every aspect
of the economy. Kenosia’s DataAlchemy market analytics
platform is ideally suited to serve as a foundation for that
transformation,” said Mr. Bienvenu. He said, “Today
marks a new era for Kenosia. Our customers can look forward to
innovative ideas and products that will greatly increase their
profitability and competitiveness over the coming years. Besides
the addition of the new executive team, our customers can expect
additional announcements in the coming weeks relating to the
significant expansion of our technology, sales and support teams.”
Prior to Kenosia, Michael McCarthy served as vice president
of sales and customer support for Process Software. In this role,
Mr. McCarthy was responsible for expanding the customer base
to over 3000 global customers, including global giants such as

commitment to support it around the clock, the value is greatly
diminished for the customer. Market analytics is moving from
a nice-to-have to a must-have in the age of mobile devices and
real-time consumer interactions and we believe the ability to
support our customers during these times of great change is one
of our key advantages.
